    Day Surgery: every single staff member were polite, friendly and made sure I was comfortable and at ease at all steps, from checking in, pre-op, surgical staff, post op and even the staff that wheeled the beds to different stages. I the only thing that could have made this a better experience would be the food, maybe some fresh fruit as an option instead of just white sandwiches.

    Always end up waiting for a minimum 3 hours, came at 6pm for infection, stayed seating until 10:30pm before being called inside to wait a further 30mins to see one of the nurses, the nurse was very nice but left again mid through checkup to get something and took another 15minutes.
    Then she said to go to your gp urgently next day.
